Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, charged once however many items are in it. Orders generally ship within 3–5 business days to United States addresses. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days — see the Return and Refund Policy. Each renewal shipment is sent on the same terms; cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund a shipment already dispatched.
