How to use it +

Set both bars to the same incline, place them shoulder-width apart on a flat floor and keep the wrists straight over the grips. Check every strap, handle and anchor before each session and stop using any item that shows wear. Wipe down after use and store dry, out of direct sunlight. Read the enclosed instruction card before first use.
